Elwood
Re: blazer vane question Best Vane out and combined with a WB it is the best hunting rig out. JMHO I also just shot a 308 in a 3-D tournament with the WB and Blazer combo. Try them Elwood
LifeNRA
Re: blazer vane question [ QUOTE ] which size do you recommend? [/ QUOTE ] There is only one size that I know of, 2 inch. Welcome to the forums!
hutchies
Re: blazer vane question There are actually 2 versions. The Blazer and the MiniBlazer. The Miniblazer is a 1.5 inch version.
Guest DIESEL40
Re: blazer vane question Thanks for the welcome, I have decided to go with the Blazers and saw that there are blazers and miniblazers and didn't know which to use, i was going to guess the regular blazers. PAbowhunter86
Re: blazer vane question I love mine also!!!! I got a free trail from bohning and the arrows that i have them on fly better and I have also been getting better groups. I shoot out too 50 yds and i would rather use the blazer 2" rather than my bohning killer vanes of 4".
Chrud
Re: blazer vane question Blazers are great vanes. I highly recommend the 2" vanes.
hutchies
Re: blazer vane question If you plan on shooting any 3d Hunter class you have to shoot 4 inch vanes.

ultratec1
Re: blazer vane question I tried some blazers on a half dozen fatboys and I really didnt like them. I will never, ever stray from my flex fletch. Most durable vane out there.
Guest UltraTec360
Re: blazer vane question The 1 1/2" version IS NOT FOR BROADHEADS. Use the 2" for hunting. You can get a package of 100 blazers for around $14. You might be able to get them from ebay a bit less.....but not much.

Guest DIESEL40
Re: blazer vane question Hutchies, what do you mean about shooting 3-D hunters class with 4 inch vanes? I didn't know that was a prerequisite for the hunters class, i have shot the past three years in that class with a three inch vane.
ultratec1
Re: blazer vane question Per IBO requirements if you shoot the hunter class you must have 4" vanes and screw in tips. The MBR class has no requirements for vane size. You might be shooting the unlimited class or your local 3-d's don't regulate vane length.
