Odd phone number

I had a missed call last night at about 10 pm. I was in bed so I didn't answer it. So I typed the number in yahoo, and it came up as a fax machine phone number for a community college about 60 miles north of me. I just thought that was odd.

Yep, I've had some weird ones of late too. Got one on my cell phone a couple months ago, I "lycosed" it and it came back to a stone quarry about 30 miles from me.

Have had some pretty weird calls here lately too. Just recently had one I am sure was a scam, where an automated call was about to attempt to ask me about credit card accounts.

We recently moved and for some unGodly reason I get a TON of wrong number calls. The odd thing is that they aren't all for the same person....say "is Earl there?". Today, Earl...tomorrow Mary, Mark, John, Steve, Eddie, etc. Really odd.

I suppose it is an easily transposable number.

I think we got ever bad credit suckers phone numbers when we set up he lines at the new office. I daily get 3-4 calls asking if Kelly, Bubba, Lupe, Jose, and Lord knows who else. It is always a bill collector calling and they always say "I'll change it in the computer"............next day same thing.

My wife and I both started getting weird stuff on our cell phones. We found out that they can recycle cell phone numbers. Thanks ..........

My wife gets calls all the time on her cell. I guess its close enough to a couple of other numbers that she gets a wrong number about 4-5 times a week....

I told her to change her number to 867-530nieeeien.
