I used a semi dull utility knife blade, and then cleaned the shaft with a gray Scotch Brite. Only took a minute or so to scrape off. Quicker then scraping 3 vanes off an unwrapped arrow. I use a hair dryer. or honestly i use hot tap water find teh seam.and unpeel while its under the stream.......dont use acetone if its carbon.. give it a swipe with alcohol and your good to go. It only took about 20 minutes for my room mate and i to do 18 shafts last night.
