VermontHunter
As promised I said as soon as the eggs hatched i would snap a few more pictures of the nest, if it didn't inhibit the parents tending it.. Well today I noticed that the parents did some nest house keeping and tossed the hatched egg fragments on the ground, so I grabbed the digital camera and snapped a few shot for you all.... I have to say I'm really enjoying watching this life cycle progress on a dailey basis, LIVE.. I even chased off a few predators while watching this nest on a dailey basis.... So here they are, I hope the quality is viewable.. I tried to get some decent photo's of the Oriole Nest that I have high in a popular tree, but my digital camera just doesn't have the features needed to get those shots.... Hope everyone enjoyed the pictures... I also posted this in the Photography Room as well, I didn't know if this would get deleted or moved.... VermontHunter
Re: Robin Nest UPDATE.... LOL... Gary It's not the Robins that I have a problem with it's those darn dive bombing Swallows.. The pair of Robins tending this nest actually get within just a few feet of me and the wife while we are sitting on the deck....

wtnhunt
Re: Robin Nest UPDATE.... Cool pics Luke. Birds of all sorts are pretty plentiful around here. Have been seeing a lot of swallows here in the mornings and afternoons lately, but they have never offered to dive bomb me.
