Been seeing these little guys fairly regularly, snapped a few pics out the window, so the quality is not the greatest. First one there is also a hummingbird at the feeder. I saw a finch feeder the other day that had the perch rods above the holes where the feed came out. The picture on the box showed the birds hanging upside down to eat out of it. Anyone know why? Ben [/ QUOTE ] Finches are the only bird that can hang upside down and feed. They design those feeders like that to discourage sparrows and other pig birds like that.
