bigbuckdown70 Posted June 27, 2006 Report Share Posted June 27, 2006 its really easy take a whole back strap of deer are other venison i use a hickery smoke rub on it then cut about 5/8 of the way threw it put cream cheese and peppers of your liking (hollowpinia) spell? wrap with uncooked bacon sticktooth picks in the bacon to hold bacon and to hold backstrp closed cook on charcol grill for best taste if at camp wrap in alluminum foil and threw it in the coals of the fire. its great!!
