It's not about weight, it's what you can get drawn comfortably and kill efficiently.

BTW--last time I had it on the scale it was around 67#

Exactly, no need to pull 70# unless you want to feel macho.

I pull around 58# and my arrows plenty fast, best part is, its a breeze to pull back smoothly, quietly and when practicing I'm not tired after 3 shots and my form stays smooth and accurate.

Thats why i shoot 55 the most but 60 sometimes. Id rather be able to have better form shoot longer and have more confidence while hunting. And i have that while shooting lower poundage.

60 or so give or take.

Used to have a bow set on 70 something.

Then one morning when I was young and it was so cold (he doulble hockey sticks froze over grin.gif), a nice buck came walking by, I had so many cloths on and was so cold couldnt pull my bow back. That was a hard lesson learned at a early age, but a good one.
