Can't believe he's gone...

With a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye,

it happened.God took him to a much better place. We received that dreaded phone call that no one wants to get, yesterday at 4:30pm. saying that my father-in-law Lee McNeil had passed away. I told yall that he was 87 years old. Well I meant to say 83 years old, my fault and I'm sorry.

It's a very sad deal to loose a loved one but on the other hand, deep down in our hearts we know that he is in a much happier place and that all of his pain and suffering is over.

I know that when I'm sitting on the bank some where fishing I will be able to since that he is there with me as the day goes by and when hunting season rolls around I know he will be there to help guide me through the woods while I'm seeking after that trophy buck.

It's just hard to sit back and say good-bye for good to an outdoors man...

R.I.P. Lee McNeil...

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers...

I just wanted yall to know what happened...

Thanks again for listening...

God Bless...

Griz...

My condolences to you and your family. I am willing to bet that some time in the future you will have an experience that will leave you mystified at what God gives you versus what is gone. Remember that time as a blessing and McNeil will undoubtedly have whispered a favor be done for you. God bless.
