RTF
If he is a felon then he is guilty. In New York, being convicted of a DWI will loose your right to a firearm for life.
ParrotHead
Re: Heard part of this story And that my friend is EXACTLY why this law is purely an infringement of man's rights granted to them by the founding fathers of this country. If a man has paid his debt to society then he should be awarded every right that any man has and if we continue to let lawmakers take rights away from inch by inch we'll end up having no rights at all! snapper
Re: Heard part of this story Those are the kind of things I hate to hear about our justice system. What in the heck does one have to do with another? What does driving under the influence have to do with owning or carrying (or even hunting) a gun!!!! These laws are screwed up. And 15 years? OMG! ruttinbuc
Re: Heard part of this story A convicted felon cannot even tend bar in PA. Where do you begin to address these stupid laws? What is rehabilitation? Talk about cruel and unusual punishment!
