VTbowman
Ok folks this is my own concoction so bare with me. I dont even have exact measurements since its kinda made to suit the amount of fish you wish to batter. This is the amounts I mix: -2 packages of instant mash potatoes. Garlic and Butter flavor. -Equal part of Italian bread crumbs. -Equal part of white flour. - 1/4 part of "Tony Chachere" Creole seasoning.(hense the "Cajun" part...) OR Seasoned Salt and Cianne (sp) pepper mixed equally to taste. Then just mix egg and milk to wet your fish down before rolling in your dry mixture. Deep fry... Enjoy your fish-n-chips all in one!!!! VTbowman
Re: \"Cajun Fish-n-Chips\" batter. I got the potatoe idea from my uncle. We were short on all the normal breading stuff one day and used just the instant garlic potatoes. Man it was good. Made me think to use it in a more complete batter... Dave I am glad you like it....
