craig mack
Re: Nomar and AJ Yeah I thought Hafner should be there also. I went to see them play the Tigers memorial weekend and he crushed us. I think the rule where every team must have a representitive is B.S. Its keeping guys out that deseve to be there.

Guest woodsnwater
Re: Nomar and AJ I am glad for Nomar. He was assumed washed up by many. He is just getting healthy and has had a good 1st. half. Nomar seems to be an upright guy, have not heard anything bad about him.

MCH
Re: Nomar and AJ [ QUOTE ] Nomar deserved it, but I thought Liriano or Hafner deserved it more then A.J. [/ QUOTE ] My thoughts exactly. .325 and 6 HR's vs. .316 and 24 HR's ?????? Voters should have to take an IQ test before voting. How about we change the voting card to just have the positions. So if a fan votes for say, Nomar at shortstop, his card is automatically null and void. Basically, in order to vote you need to know at least a little bit about the guys you're voting for. JJL
Re: Nomar and AJ If the fans had brains and voted the BEST players into the game....................half of the rosters would be different. It's nothing more than a popular player contest and has nothing to do with the quality of play.

okbowman
Re: Nomar and AJ For one Nomar is NL and Liriano and Hafner are in the AL. Liriano and Hafner both deserved it more than AJ Pierzynski, no doubt about that!!
