Newarcher
Re: My Personal Battle I am told that each day you go without smoking, the habit gets less controlling over you. I suppose that is after the initial strong urges. Good luck, I can't imagine how hard it is. Try this. Each time you want a cigarette, take the cost of that cigarette and put the money in a jar. Someday soon, you will have enough for a new hunting toy of some sort. That way, instead of suffering through a withdrawl bout, you actually perform some action to replace the action of smoking the cigarette. I understand that part of the craving is the physical action of holding and putting the cig to your mouth. By doing the money thing, you at least satisfy that portion of your craving. Good luck. VtBowhunter
Re: My Personal Battle Luke, You da man. As you know I quit cold last Sept, and it was tough so I feel for ya, but the one thing that helped was Hotballs.......whenever I got the urge, I popped a hotball and that killed the urge. Keep it up, and not only will your health and body thank you, but your wallet will too.
