hutchies
Re: My Personal Battle You will be glad you quit. I semi quit a few years ago. I might have one every now and then but I don't have a pack. I will tell you that when you walk into somebody's house that smokes or ride in their car you will be glad you quit. A10acfan1
Re: My Personal Battle Luke....Keep up the good work. I smoked from 15 till I was 40. Have been smoke free for the last 12 years. It's a tough thing to do, but its a very rewarding accomplishment. Right now you can only imagine the benefits but they will amaze you. Not only for you but your entire family. As a side incentive, take what you would spend for your "Old Habit" and put the money in a jar. Won't take it very long and you'll finance your "Good Habit - HUNTING". Nothing like a new gun or bow for incentive. Again Congrats

hutchies
Re: My Personal Battle LOL, Amazing the difference in how you will feel after you don't have that craving. I promise it will all be worth it. You may get sick for a week or 2. It is the toxins coming out of your system. Stay strong it is worth it. Its the mental addiction that lasts for weeks/months/years, etc. If thats true its only mind over mind from here on out for ya!

hutchies
Re: My Personal Battle It is mental now.................How are you physically? Have you been sick or not hungry or not able to eat? When my stepdad quit he lost 60+ lbs. The doctor said it his body flushing the toxins out. After a month he was fine and put on 75 lbs. VermontHunter
Re: My Personal Battle Physically, Im fine... I've been eating like a horse, so I should be gaining that 20lbs. I need desperately.... Haven't been tired or sick, and I have actually been sleeping better... It's just the mental game right now and keeping my mind and hands busy.... This SUCKS, but I vow I will beat this thing one way or another... It's been since Sat. night since my las cig. so I still have a ways to go,,,,,
