slughunter
Today I went and shot my bow in a DART digital Shooting System. for anyone who doesnt know what that is, Its a screen and projector that displays videos of animals and you shoot the screen and it scores your shots. It shows the the kill zone on the animal after your shoot and then it shows your shot. I shot 10 rounds, 5 arrows each. the highest score you could get in a round was 50, I didnt do very good. here are my scores. Round Score 1--------------- 24 2----------------42 3 ---------------24 4 ---------------36 5 ---------------30 6 ---------------36 7 ---------------21 8 ---------------27 9 ---------------21 10 -------------36 I was shooting with my hunting rig, a mathews outback with cobra slider sight and using whitetail slx arrows. it was my second time ever shooting my new bow and I just sighted it in yeasterday so thats my exscuse for the low scores. -shane
Tony
Re: My scores feels good to get some shooting in before bow season doesnt it? its not always about the scores, just that you had a good time and are in the process of getting ready for bowseason. slughunter
Re: My scores yup, I am so pumped for season to start, it cant seem to come fast enought. I liked shooting at the digital shooting system becaue it prepares you for different situations that you might get in the woods and its a lot different than just shooting at a target or a 3d animal, I had a lot of fun and am proble going to shoot again tommorow. -shane
