Jeramie
Now that im offically in the world of reloaders, where is the best place to buy supplies? Ive been looking at stuff on Ebay and found some good deals on 6mm but not so much on say .308 or .30-06. I can pic up leads and such around here but its going to cost a pretty penny. Where does everyone spend their money? Btw, I will just buy powder from Bass Pro. They have Hogdon powder at good price (as far as I can tell). OJR
Re: Reloading Supplies? Be careful on powders. If you have them shipped there is a $20.00 hazardous handling fee. The same with primers! I would look at Wal-Mart of powder. If you are loading the 30-06, I would use IMR 4350. For the 308, I would use either IMR 4895 or Varget. I use only Winchester Large Rifle Primers. As for bullets, I use the Hornady Interbonds in my 270, 308 and 30-06! For really tough game, I will use the Barnes Triple Shock on occasion! The problem with ordering bullets through the mail is the shipping. They are heavy! Sometimes, you can get good buys on partial boxes on eBay, but be careful of excessive shippping costs! If you have any other questions, shoot me a PM! I am in the process of loading some 270 ammo right now!
doubleA
Re: Reloading Supplies? Powder and primers are better off bought locally due to the $20 hazmat fee. Only time I buy mail order powder is by bulk. For supplies you might want to check out these for specials from time to time. MIDWAY MIDSOUTH NATCHEZ Hope this helps Life is good, Give God the Glory.....doubleA

MIDWAY MIDSOUTH NATCHEZ [/ QUOTE ] Yep. I get about 75% of my stuff from Midway and 25% from Natchez...........but I have been spending a bit more at Natchez, lately. Both excellent places to do business.
Jeramie
Re: Reloading Supplies? Good deal! Thanks gang. I was watching the outdoor channel yesterday and they had a commercial for Midway. I called them and have the catalogs comming my way. I appreciate it as always.
