Sam16
All this talk about muzzy's really has me wonderin something. You guys convinced me, and im making the switch from Thunderheads to Muzzy's, even though Thunderheads have served me well. I work at Dick's Sporting Goods, and unfortunately the only pack of 4 blade muzzy's are 90 grains and i would like to utilize my employee discount. My question is how significant is going to be the change from 100 grains to 90 grains? Will it affect anything? I'm flat out to about 25 yards currently... will that change? Im not really looking to completely change my site and have to completely re-sight my set-up. If it will, i can go with the 100 grain 3 blade... The 4 blades look so much hungrier though!! WIDeer4Life
Re: Grain question This is when you just "Accidently" order in a shipment of the 4 blade 100 grains and take advantage of it. But seriously, i really don't know whether 90 or 100 grains will make much of a difference. I guess you could alway try them out. The 3 blade 100 grains do work well though, although I'm in the same boat as you and want to try the 4 blades out. Good luck. Kyle

PAbowhunter4life
Re: Grain question In all honesty, you won't see much of a change in anything at all. You'll gain about 3 fps in speed, so your trajectory will still be the same. You'll also stiffen the spine of your arrow a tad by switching to a lighter head, but I don't see 10 grains making that big of a difference. If you want them that bad, then I say get the 90's
