NY911Bowhunter
This spring I plan to make a nice shooting area in my rear yard, which is approx 60 yards by 300 yards. What are some ideas for this? I have a 3d deer, a couple foam silhouette turkeys, a large bag, and a block (beaten up) I also have a ton of those foam blocks from Tractor Supply. I have a retaining wall with a fence above it that will probably be the area it will be built, which is a pretty stout backstop (see below!) You can see the height of the wall - so saftey is pretty well covered (I know, nothings 100 percent!) I am thinking of making a "pole shed" with a small roof, maybe a sheet of two of that blue foam on the back wall for additional arrow stopping protection (the retaining wall doesn't do much to save arrows if they hit it! But 1 Muzzy did whack it good and survived! ) So - Any idea'rs??
