Strut10
I love a dash of hot sauce on each bite of a burger or even a steak. My "house brand"........I buy it by the case...........is an aged cayenne sauce by a small company in Ohio called Glory. Not the heat of jalepeno or habernero, but IMO the best taste of any sauce I've ever tried. What's the rest of you'ns' medicine?????

wtnhunt
Re: Let\'s do hot sauce.......... Depends on what I am eating. Burgers, I usually just add a little smoky mesquite seasoning. Like using franks hot sauce on chicken. For my chili and fajitas, they get the fresh frozen jalapenos and bell peppers from the garden. tedicast
Re: Let\'s do hot sauce.......... My wife and I ate ate a resturant that is new around here. Buffalo Wild Wings. They have a ton of sauces, and I ordered one that was 2 or 3 down from the hottest. It was a Mango Hanerbera sauce... It was sweet at first, and a few seconds later it kicked. It was a very good sauce. Next time we go there I'm gonna buy a bottle.

So it should be on a shelf somewhere near you.
RangerClay
Re: Let\'s do hot sauce.......... I go through a big bottle of Franks every 2 weeks. I put it on everything, especially scrambled eggs. I have an awesome recipe for grilled venison using Franks Red Hot. I posted it a while back. If you do a search, you will not regret it. As far as hot sauce, Here I usually use louisiana hot sauce. I'm wantin to try some franks though, cuz I've seen that on a lot of recipe's that sounded good. Tabasco is always at the house as well, but I think the louisiana stuff tastes better.

BrotherBadger
Re: Let\'s do hot sauce.......... I use my mother's 7 pepper Hot sauce. Better than anything you can buy in the store. Very hot, but doesn't take away from the flavor of the meat.
