I'm going to lay off cutting the yard for a few more days.No rain predicted and the scorching sun will have it the yard dryer than a popcorn fart. Spent time in and out of the pool between my work around the yard and garden. Tilled parts of the garden around 2 in the afternoon, felt like I was in a sauna. I want nothing to do with cutting grass ever again. In fact, I turned down a decent house here because it had grass in the yard. Here you have to water the lawn every day of the year. Hey Strut, Come on down Buddy! The locals said last winter it averaged 65 degF here for a high. Of course there are those 105 degF days in July to deal with. [/ QUOTE ] Yep, the deck on the old craftsman is just not made for cutting wet grass.
