for those of you submitting to the contest, what criteria are you using to choose and submit a photo?

For game cam entries, will your entry decision revolve around:

a unique photo

big game/trophy photo

a good scenic photo

a funny photo

clear/sharp/focused photo

combination of the above?

other?

For handheld entries, will your entry decision revolve around:

a good scenic photo (landscape, sunrise/sunset)

a good wildlife photo

clear/sharp/focused photo

trophy / big game photo

sentimental photo

other?

I cant decide what to submit. My current choices revolve around wildlife, scenic landscapes, and sunset themed photos.

For game cam, I'm looking for a unique or funny photo but whatever it is it has to be clear sharp and focused.

For handheld, I just entered one of the few photos I thought would have a chance and that ended up being a good scenic photo..

For handheld, I had a hard time cosing an entry too shutter, actually had a few people help me chose. On the wifes suggestion, "go with something simple" I made the choice I posted. I wanted something sharp and clear that had to do with outdoors. Also like to see colorful photos and had some sunset photos that I had considered, but decided against them.

For a game cam pic, I am not really sure yet what I am going to enter. Have thousands and thousands of pics, nothing really stands out as unique, but that was really what I was after. Wanted something different, but dont think that is going to happen so will probably just pic a good sharp clear pic.

I'm planning on entering one of my yellow lab. But I'm deciding whether to go with something funny or something more outdoorsy.
