Guest Defcon15
Last Year, I got a picture of a buck with no brow tines, and did not know whether or not to shoot him for that reason or to let him go one more year. So, I asked everyone and got mixed opinions, and never saw the deer during the season so it really didnt matter. Well, he is back--with now brows again. At least he brought some new guys around with him. Here is a picture of him from last year. Last Year And here he is this year. Looking at his body and rack this year, what do you think? Time to go? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. This Year This Year Close Up Other Deer Around. Young Buck In Sun Foggy Morning
Guest outdoor_adventurer
Re: He Is Back Along With Others so he is roughly an 8-point? i would say he's gettin close to being 'taken' in my book. it may be different for you if you get bigger deer but i'm from indiana and where i hunt there isn't a whole lot of BIG deer. so i would take him if i say him in the woods! good luck and great pics. make a good choice! Guest guess
Re: He Is Back Along With Others I would say it is definately time for him to leave the gene pool! lack of brows is genetic and will be passed on! good luck!
wtnhunt
Re: He Is Back Along With Others Pretty good body size, and out to his ears, he would be a shooter around here brows or not.
