My wife had some old hunting pics I have scanned to a disc today. a lot of these pics are pretty old and in bad shape. I thought I would share some of them with all of you.

This picture has got to be in the late 50's or early 60's. Standing on the left is my Uncle Earl, who died about 10 years ago, and standing on the right is my Uncle Harold. Not sure who the other 2 guys kneeling are. This picture is in pretty bad shape. I got it as clear as I could. These deer came out of the Berkshires in Massachussets

This next picture is a buck my brother Dicky shot in Maine in the early to mid 70's. Wish I had that '65 Impala Convertible now!!!

These next 2 pics are of buck my Uncle Harold shot in Maine. This must have been 1974, or '75. Look at the spread on that monster! Thats me and my brother Scottyluck in the pics...don't laugh!!!

Nice old pictures. That buck is a brute.

The good ol' days when you just strapped the deer across the car and drove through town eh. And everyone would give you the thumbs up, not the thumbs down. frown.gif

Those are some nice pictures and awesome deer! And I have heard many stories about the good ole' days compared to what it is now.

If you strapped that monster buck to your car and drove through my town, you'd not only get thumbs up we'd follow you around for weeks trying to see where you hunt!

Yup...Tarkenton was my hero too!! I bet my parents still have those Vikings jackets in the attic...lol.

If I remember correctly the red tip did move, and it made machine gun noises when you pulled the trigger! The good old days!!!

Yeah the tip of the machine gun moved!!

That's too funny!

I know for a fact that that gun is still in my parents' basement and the Vikings' jackets are still in the attic.

They don't throw out anything! grin.gif
