CamoGuy
I took pics but he was under the apple tree in shade and his rack was too dark to see. Currently has 6 points. Browtines already about 4 inches long. G2's around 3 inches. Spread was just shy of being as wide as his ears when alert. I have been watching this buck since he showed up in our yard 2 years ago with a twin. They were yearling button-bucks then so he is 2.5 this year. His twin is identical but has a non-typical point that comes off his right side at the base and curls down towards his chin along his cheek. I can hardly wait to see what these bucks look like in 2 or 3 years. They have an abundant food source and receive no hunting pressure at all. They come out a few times a week to eat apples from the 3 apple trees in our back yard so I should get some good pics real soon.

Guest whitetailarcher
Re: Nice Buck In My Backyard Today I was driving by this one farmers house the other night who has amazing hunting land and takes numerous deer each year with every weapon. He had an archery target set up in his back yard with three deer only about 5 yards away in his yard.

hunterfisherman
Re: Nice Buck In My Backyard Today I have one living in a park about 250 yards from my house. Would probably score in the 170's but of course it's a no hunting zone. One of the prettiest typical spreads I've seen ever. Also in full velvet right now
