Help Indentifying a fish!

If this needs to be moved ok, i just thought it would get more traffic here. My mom wanted me to check out some minnows in our pond. So i looked and there was 2 different types of minnows, both of them looked very different to me. I dont recall ever seeing any like this. They were all around the rocks we put in the pond by our dock. I want to say they are some type of chub but im not sure. What do you guys think?

I recognized it right away as a chub, because some of the trout streams in northern Ontario are infested with them. They can be a real problem for trout streams. I never did know exactly what kind of chub they were, just knew them as pesky chubs. We used to catch tons of them when we were kids, and many of them had those protrusions on their face.

My guess is that it is a goby and it surely is not a horn dace. I caught thousands of them fishing for brookies

and that has never been on my hook.
