FINALLY GOING TROUT FISHING !!!!!!!!!!!

Well it's been 3yrs since we've been trout fishing and we are finally going again.

We are leaving out tomarrow evening after I get off work to head up to Cassville, MO to trout fish at Roaring River State Park. Man are we excited !!!! This will be our familly vacation for the summer. Cole and I will fish untill we get our limit then we will spend some time at the local water slide and and make a trip over to Eureka Springs for some fun strolling around to all the shops.

There will be lots of pics to share when we get back. That is unless the boy skunks me again

But of course I did learn him how to fish

Hey Dwin, I was up there on the 9th for my birthday. I caught quite a few (limit actually) on the Tiny Roostertails in Chartruese (sp?) and the orange. I didnt even bother using other colors because none brought the same result.

I did, however, use a tiny split back minnow with a red eye. They never see those and they went NUTS over them. It was hard to put a hook in them but they were sure giving those things heck.

I also watched some boys catching the heck out of them with the white Salmon eggs. That was just below the hatchery, before you get to the first "Catch and release" zone.
