Guest Scraper
Does anyone know anything about the two-bladed Magnus stinger. I was watching Ted Nugent the other day and he was using them. Do they flky well and whats your opinion of two bladed as opposed to multiple blades of 3 or 4? I hear ted always talking about how two blades are the best most ethical kind. hutchies
Re: Magnus two-bladed stinger I don't think a 2 blade is any more ethical than a 4 blade. The guy at btreview.com gave the stinger 4 blade great rating. All of the stingers spun true on every arrow and the bleeder blades didn't even break on the penetration test. I am really impressed and may give them a try. Another great thing about them is that they have worked to help Gator get the Oklahoma BH law changed even though they don't have any broadheads that fall into the illegal catagory. I know other companies that had illegal heads did not help him at all.
MCH
Re: Magnus two-bladed stinger NAP being one of them. Main reason I'm switching from Spitfires to another brand this year, too.
hutchies
Re: Magnus two-bladed stinger Yep, Muzzy told him that the way it was worded that it would stand up in court. I'm not very happy about that. That's why I am looking at the stinger 4 blades..
Gator
Re: Magnus two-bladed stinger Personally I would use the Stinger with the bleeder blades, but I want as much cutting area as possible, but don't wanna give up performance. I am sure the 2 blade will fly just like the 4 blade out of a properly tuned bow. I shot my Stinger Buzzcuts last night, and after 5 shots into a block 4x4, still would shave hair. I need to test that head with a rubber band though to test the true sharpness of it And as far s NAP, Don't get me started.......
