Its made by Trails Best, which is owned by Sara Lee Corporation! Which is a known anti-gun organization! Since we hunters use guns to hunt, wouldn't this not seem right by Realtree? Then again, maybe this is an over-sight? Realtree has Sara Lee make there jerky through a sister company ... Sara Lee cant be too anti gun to take realtrees money knowing where 99.9% of the money comes from ... hunters with guns.... I mean it is just jerky here its not like they are pushing there agenda on us through the jerky ... my point is that there are thousands of companys that we "support" that are anti gun .... Trail's Best was bought by Monogram Food Solutions of Memphis in May of this year. They are not affiliated with Sara Lee and any of their positions on hunting or anti-gun efforts in any way, shape, form, or fashion. In defense of Sara Lee. When this issue arose a couple of years ago there happened to be a group of "civic minded" Sara Lee employees who formed an organization to provide grants to organizations they felt were worthy. Sara Lee corporate had nothing to do with the group other than the fact that they were all SL employees.
