VermontHunter
It seems I take and do this every time I shoot a single target.... Another good GT bites the dust....

I usually shoot five spots but was too lazy to change out the target, and it cost me a perfectly good shaft....

wtnhunt
Re: Man I hate this... Nice shooting Luke. Never have had a true robinhood, but have busted plenty of nocks. I started shooting different spots, got tired of putting new vanes and nocks on so frequently.

Rhino
Re: Man I hate this... Got my share of those in the past too Luke including robinhooding a friends arrow in a friendly shot at 3D targets. I wish I had a dollar for every alluminum arrow I ruined or cut the vanes or fletchings on in the past. I switched to carbon arrows about 5 years ago and the only robinhood I have shooting carbons was when I did it to my buddy's arrow. I quit shooting the same spots a long time ago. Get's expensive buddy so start putting up 4 paper plates instead of 1 and make a habit of it.
Tominator
Re: Man I hate this... I've got one robinhood, and a mess of broken nocks, dented arrows, and cut vanes. I don't shoot at the same spot anymore, unless Ohiobucks has an arrow in the target before me.

c_lou
Re: Man I hate this... Never had one and really don't want one. Unless I am shooting with my old arrows. Nocks and vanes are expensive enough to replace. Good shooting & Nice group.
Widowmaker
Re: Man I hate this... After the first time I did that I thought I would never do it again. After the second time I started shooting a 5 spot target!!
VTbowman
Re: Man I hate this... That group sucks! I have seen you stack-em closer then that! You were just unlucky (or lucky) hitting that arrow. I am not sure why your upset though....??? You have like 19 dozen arrows you fletched up right? Whats 2 outa the rotation for a wall trophy causing you any hurt? LOL
LifeNRA
Re: Man I hate this... Nice shot Luke! I busted a nock last week, and cut a few vanes (hance why I started re-fletching) here and there. But I am waiting!

Yeah, Ive got my share of shafts all fletched up,,, but man they are way too exspensive to be using as the target, during target practice tho....
