What type of fertilizer I use depends on the type of plants I am planting. I will also fertilize my perennial plots (clover, trefoil) again after winter dormancy--end of march or first of April with a low nitrogen fertilizer and once again in mid-summer. todd Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
