hunterfisherman
Re: Deer Insense I have not. Usually just stick to the doe urine. Let us know if you do try it. I know I would like to know if it works
wtnhunt
Re: Deer Insense Have never tried them. Might do a search in here and see if you can find any results. Pretty sure someone in here has used them before.
VTbowman
Re: Deer Insense I too think that the smoke molecules will carry further then just cold urine out of a bottle. I have treid using heat source to heat Tinks69 and have had better response overe just cold but the smoke, tome, seems like it would travel further. Let me know if you try them. BearClaw
Re: Deer Insense Just got back from my local bow pro shop and he said he uses them and they work great for him. Like other products, others say they didn't work for them. They also have a ThermaCell product out that heats up your favorite deer scent using some type of odorless fuel cartridge. Guest Scraper
Re: Deer Insense Try the scent bomb cans, they work really well. I usually take a few of them on stand with me and pop the top and drop it out of the stand, it lasts for several seconds. I never tried the incense, but I have thought about it before. I like using Code Blue scents that are bottled from one deer and not chemically produced like Tinks 69. It might be more expensive, but the payoffs are well worth it. If you can afford $36 for a bottle of Code Blue Estrous, thats the cats meow. Bucks go nuts over this stuff. They usually keep it in a locked container at most major outdoor stores. It is in limited quantities each year.
Guest pdaddy
Re: Deer Insense We tried the Code Blue and Tinks and really had no success. Two years ago we started using Southern Whitetail Scents product, Hyper Heat (collected fresh and refrigerated). My boys and I have harvested some really nice bucks in the last two years using this stuff. This company has really put a dent in Tinks and Code Blues business in LA and MS. www.southernwhitetailscents.com
