The sooner, the better. That is just terrible ... poor thing. She won't be too far away from where the camera is, you can bet on that. It's a wonder the coyotes haven't taken her down, before this. This sac either needs to be physically removed, yes I have done that, but more than likely it will need a vets assistance. I could be wrong, but from the pic that is what it looks like.
