Jeramie
I ate Ramen Noodles for lunch and now ive got the belly growls. Ive been thinking about dinner since about 2:30. The wife put on Brown Beans with Fresh pork (we had a hog butcherd about a month ago) and ham hock. We also have vine ripe tomatoes that I picked last night, fresh onion, and this years "New potatoes" to fry. Top that with a little Jiffy mix cornbread.... Yup, im starving. So whats everyone got planned for dinner?

rifleman25
Re: Whats for Dinner? I just put on a beer can chicken and some bbq beans. I figure we'll throw some sweet corn in and maybe a few biscuits. The wife just took a rhubarb rasberry pie out of the oven that will go great for desert with a scoop of schwans ice cream. rifleman25
Re: Whats for Dinner? [ QUOTE ] I made biscuits with tomato gravy. And bacon. [/ QUOTE ] Cathead biscuits and tomato gravy is some fine eating right there. We eat that for breakfast at work about once or twice a week. I wish my wife could make a good tomato gravy.
