Re: muzzleloader help????

If I were you I would save up a little longer and try to get a T/C Omega. These guns shoot great and if taken care of will last you forever. I know your just getting into muzzelloading and you just want to get a cheaper gun to get yourself started, but I can almost guarantee your going to be hooked in no time. After a year you will be wanting to upgrade to a better gun and now you already 200$ or so in the hole for your cheaper gun that you wont use. Buy the Omega, take good care of it and if you happen to not like muzzleloading then you will be able to sell it and get a good portion of your money back. Plus T/c has great customer service, and great DVD instruction on the how to of muzzleloading.

I own a T/C Black Diamond in .50 Cal. and very pleased with it's performance. You can find M/L (in-lines) for under $200 at Rural King Stores if there is any in your area.

I bought a knight wolverine probably 4-5 years ago. A great rifle and very accurate. I bought it in the "starter kit" that came with bullets, cleaning jag, cleaning patches, video etc. I think the new wolverine starter kits are more expensive. Buy something good quality and you won't regret it. Good luck, GT
