We haven't seen much of him because he actually went and got a job ... I just got off the phone with him and he said his truck is in the shop getting tricked out by the Make a Wish folks he should get it back Friday he said ... he can't wait to get out to Wyoming to get that bull elk down ... hes very pumped about it ... I guess with the job he wont be able to spend much time on the forums.

Just thought I would update you on what is going on with him.

Yeah...don't remind me. grin.gifcrazy.gif We're working on it. I tried doing it prone but there's just no way! So I did it sitting and that was working great. I shot a box and it was pretty consistant to the left. I don't know what I'm doing if I'm jerking it or what. It'll definetely drop a bull no doubt, but I just want to take the precautions to make sure.

Re: Update on Dakota

Sounds like you need the trigger lightened up some! Is it set the way the rifle came? If it is, get it down to about 3 pounds! It might help!

You might consider getting a shooting stick! Prone isn't much good because of all the grass and brush!

Go gett'em!!
