Hillbilly
I just came up on these guns. How's the quality of these shotguns. I stumbled on them by going to the benelli home page. I certainly like the I-12 shotgun. Anybody have any knowledge about these shotguns. I am not in the hunt for any of them, I have a Mossberg 935 coming in for my first waterfowl season. AJ
Re: Franchi Guns?? They are good quality guns. Franchi has been around for quite a while. Benelli just happens to be the current importer of them now. The only problem can be getting parts in 10-15 years when things start to wear out. Strut10
Re: Franchi Guns?? Dunno about the I-12. But I just gave their Diamond O/U the once-over the other day. VERY impressed!! Nicest feeling O/U I've seen in the <$1000 category. Franchi's always seemed to carry a reputation of quality-built guns.
Jeramie
Re: Franchi Guns?? Ive got an older semi auto. Thats the only dealings ive had with one. It shoots great and cycles very fast. Id love to have a newer one but they arent as cheap as the Mossbergs and Remingtons...

I ended up having to send it back to franchi and it took them 3 months to get it fixed and sent back to me. I bought a beretta xtrema when I was told it would be gone for 3 months thru turkey season. After I got it back it cycled and shot great but didn't need both guns, one had to go. Sold the franchi to my dad and he loves it and hasn't had a problem with it.
