fisherguy
Re: tender loin personally i marinate it for a few hours in an olive oil, garrlic, pepper and soy sauce mix then grill it whole until it is medium rare. Slice it crossways and serve. If you want you can add some babecus sause while it is on the grill. I like to serve it with grilled onions and peppers as well. You can really do anything with teh denderloin as long as you are careful not to dry it out.
jerdanmagic
Re: tender loin I like to grille it too. I marinate in Cavenders all purpose greek seasoning and Head Country BBQ sauce, then I cut it into small slices. About the size of a hockey puck. then I wrap in bacon and secure it with a tooth pick. I cook until its medium well, then I get down! makes me drool just describing it
tedicast
Re: tender loin I like to take the tenderloins, and butterfly it open. I marinate it in chopped garlic, and teryaki sauce over night , and throw it on the grill. Make sure not to over cook it. Delicious!
