Finished my coyote!!! **PICS**

Here she is all done. Tooks a LOT of patience but it was fun and well worth it. I do not have much experience with taxidermy so this was a BIG step. I have only done a doe, breast turkey mount and some fans. Nothing this extravigant. But the only thing people told me is you learn from practicing and that is the only way to do it.

For a first timer full body mount I am quite pleased!!! cool.gif It has its flaws but still looks pretty good in my eye. Just wait until I get it on a base and in a scene, it will blow you away!!! grin.gif

I still have to apoxie and paint. But anybody has anything they see that could be improved next time let me know. Thanks! smile.gif

I tell you, I'm pretty dang impressed for a rookie. You'll take a lot of pride in the years to come knowing that its your handy work. I don't see any flaws. Oh, one thing. Do you think a coyote might have its eyes closed when howling?

I looked at actual photos and some eyes are open some are closed. So I just went with open.
