What was your first car

Re: What was your first car

I double checked everyone's post and so far I have the oldest first vehicle. I drove a 1951 Willys Jeep model CJ-3A. My dad drove it when he was in high school, then I drove it in high school, and my son or daughter will also drive it. It was 44 years old when I started driving it.

I didn't have any pictures of my jeep, but this is the same model.

4 cylinder flat head enginge, 3 speed transmission, and would climb straight up a wall.

I've never known a woman to give away their age, but Ooops, you just did. smile.gif My first was a 1985 Ford Bronco II. It was a V6 but only ran on 4 and I had to put it in nuetral when I stopped and give it some gas to keep it running. That thing was such a "Bucket"! It's a miricle I still drive Fords, but they've come a long way.
