257bob
Re: Stabilizer for my new XT I have shot the s-coil against a lot of different stabilizers. Doinker, NAP, Alpine, Vibracheck and the list goes on. The s-coil is as good or better than any hunting stabilizer on the market that I have tested. The price and performance speak for itself. tedicast
Re: Stabilizer for my new XT My bro has an S-coil on his Switchback XT, and I have one on my Outback...we are both also using single STS's. I love the way my bow balances.

NY911Bowhunter
Re: Stabilizer for my new XT S-Coil is good 0 but there is better..... Check out the Sims X-Press! It is one module from the Modular Stabilizer and a Mini-S-Coil! BEST of both worlds! I use a Trophy Ridge non expandable Exchanger Hunter. I love it. However - this year I hope to be using a big Dawg Huntin' Dawg. It will be brand new; in fact - I've never seen it - but since I came up with the name - They are giving me the first one off the production line! PAbowhunter4life
Re: Stabilizer for my new XT Well, I see that many people like the S-Coil, but in all honesty, it's not really that good of a true stabilizer. It might make your bow a little more shock free, but that's not the main job of a stabilizer. A stabilizer is supposed to "Stabilize" the shot, making you hold steadier and more accurate. A heavier, longer stabilizer will out perform the S-Coil, and other shorter models any day of the week. If I were you, I'd choose the Sims Modular. It is heavier than the S-Coil and a little longer, to boot, you can add modules to make it even heavier and longer. However, if you are looking for something even better, check out a Stealth stabilizer..... www.stealtharchery.com
