257bob
Re: spider bite It's hard to tell at first. My wife says people come to the ER a lot complaining of spider bites, but most of the time they are not. Just watch it close and see if it swells more or changes color. mossyhorn
Re: spider bite well there is not even a place there. As soon as I got back to my sister house I had her look at it but there was was not even a red place. I was just walking with my arm up trying to swat bugs out of my face. I went to put it down and felt sometime stick my pit. I looked and seen something in my pit hair so I smaked it. Could have been tree bark for all i know but just in case I figure I would ask. unioncountyslayer
Re: spider bite I would get it checked out by a Dr. just to be safe. If it is he/she may want to put you on an antibiotic. I got a deer tick bite last year and one of my lymph nodes in my neck swelled up to the size of a golf ball. I was on antibiotics for a month and had a 103 degree fever for 6 days! Get it checked out.

Strut10
Re: spider bite If it was a recluse bite, you'll know in a few days when your flesh starts to rot or deteriorate at the site of the bite. No.........I ain't kidding. My wife got it last summer. It's not something to screw with. If you really think you may have been bitten and you are anywhere near the range of the brown recluse.......GET TO YOUR DOCTOR!!!!
