Swamphunter
OK guys, I need some info. My buddy (bdboy53), is just coming off a back surgery and wants to get into archery in the spring. He wants a decent 1 cam bow with a 75% let-off (due to his surgery), 70lb draw weight and preferably a popular name "bow with acc" package. Due to his medical bills and the fact that he just had to buy a house after relocating, a bow under $200.00 would fit the bill. Anyone know of any good ones out there right now? He has checked Dicks and Walmart...Cabelas places like that, but just thought maybe the forum guys would have some more ideas where to get a real good discount bow. muggs
Re: Bow for a buddy.. as for discounts I don't really know. But i've heard alot of good things about the PSE Nova. From what I hear it's a smooth shooting bow and is right around his price range. I'm not sure but I believe it's a 60# bow, I know your looking for a 70#, but the 60 might be better for his back JMO
huntinsonovagun
Re: Bow for a buddy.. Look into used bows. Lot of people don't shoot much and sell a nearly new bow for a lot less $$. Check the www.archertalk.com classifieds. They have TONS of bows going through there. Check seller feedback...... I recommend the Parker EZdraw, considering his surgery. Heck of a bow if you ask me.
