Guest KS_jon
Took a buddy out fishing yesterday hoping to get into some eye's. We had my little boat out on the water just drifting a few hotspots with crawlers. We ended up catching 5 or 6 drum 1 wiper and 1 channel. Kinda bummed we couldnt find a walleyes, my friend has never caught one. Still a fun time on the water maybe next time...

Hoyt03
Re: Walleye trip I believe a wiper is a hybrid striped bass. A cross between a white bass and striper. You can tell the difference between it and a regular striper by the broken lines on a wiper.
Guest KS_jon
Re: Walleye trip Hoyt03 is right about the wiper being a hybrid. They are loads of fun to catch, and they can grow faster the the stripers too.....
