Tominator
Re: WINCHESTER MODEL M12 I was at the Cabelas in Wheeling a few weeks ago and they had 2 model 12's there. One was a trap model, the other was your standard 12. The trap model had a price tage of $1,900 I think, and the other one was nearly $1600 I think. Both looked to be in good condition. AJ
Re: WINCHESTER MODEL M12 Somewhere between a hundred and fifty bucks and a thousand. Who knows? It is of a desirable timeframe, but how many parts are original? Has it been refinished? Sorry, but your 6 out of 10 rating does not mean a lot. RangerClay
Re: WINCHESTER MODEL M12 As AJ said, Model 12's may not be that desirable but someday it could be. 20 years ago the Winchester model 1897's were a dime a dozen till the invention of cowboy action shooting. Now 97's are VERY desirable and hard to come by. I would keep the gun and hunt with it or take it to a gun show and see what someone offers you for it. Either way you have a nice old gun in your hands right now.
Tominator
Re: WINCHESTER MODEL M12 [ QUOTE ] THE GUN IS ALL ORIGINAL AND HAS NEVER BEEN PAMPERED WITH. [/ QUOTE ] OK, have you ever tried Huggies? j/k
AJ
Re: WINCHESTER MODEL M12 If its never been pampered for the 92 years its been around and is all original, I would be hesitant about shooting it. Huggies?? This thing is 92 years old he should be leaning more towards Depends.
