Tony Posted August 22, 2006 Report Share Posted August 22, 2006 Re: TT Spring Steel Rest its a good one for both. but you must get the proper tension of the spring steel for the type of arrow you want to shoot. heres what the book suggests for which spring steel and arrow weights. .008 launcher for arrows under 325 grs. .010 for 325 to 425 grs .012 for arrows over 425 grs. i use a TT Drop away rest. for indoor, 3d and hunting. it makes it a lot simplier for me.. i want to try a TT spring steel. i just havet broke down and purchased one for indoor yet... yet....
