How come I cannot access the viewer's questions to the seller? You can do that on other items!!!

[/ QUOTE ]

It's there on the right-hand side!

[/ QUOTE ]

Nope.............that's feedback from other customers on different purchases in the past. And there's a place to ASK a question but the usual link to view all the questions that have been asked about THIS hunt is not available. confused.gif

When I click on the link, on the right hand side is says "Meet the Seller" and if you look down a little ways, it says "Ask the Seller a Question"!

Just did it and it is there. It is below where he rating and that crap is!

Sorry, I see what you are saying! I wasn't looking for that! You're right!! Ignore what I said above!! tongue.giftongue.giftongue.gif

Re: Guaranteed hunt on Ebay........sickening.

Ya know, the only thing that really bothers me about this sort of thing, is that they call it a "hunt", and they call their customers, "hunters". Other than that, it looks like a fine place for non-hunters or beginners to go and practise shooting. Pretty pricey farm venison if ya ask me.

I just wish they'd call it what it is.

The house is beautiful, the buck is awesome, the idiot who came up with this is an SOB that needs to be taken out in the back of the wood shed and given $20,000 lashes! Its guys like that, that ruin hunting and give it a black eye. That is not hunting, those are pet deer.

We have a theme park here in Michigan for kids that is called "Deer Acres" The deer eat out of your hand, much like this farm appears to be!

Sad, very, very sad! frown.gif

id rather go ten years actually hunting and not get a deer rather than do that

I would put down my bow and guns and never hunt again in my life before I did that! I love to hunt but that is just sad. Its sad that some actually pay to do this, how do you explain the story other than lie!!!

Here is the response I got from the PA Game Commission.

"The Game Commission has no authority over the sale of privately-owned

deer or the types of operations offered here. Please contact the state Department of Agriculture"

[/ QUOTE ]

He says in his auction that:

"Your guide will let you free range hunt but will keep in constant contact with you on a two way radio to ensure that you get your buck."

This is illegal in the state of PA, do you think that applies to him??? It clearly states in the regs that "The use of electronic communication devices

to alert hunters to the presence of game is not only a violation of the Game &

Wildlife Code, but violates the definition of Fair Chase."

Is it illegal in his case?

Most likely NOT illegal because, they're doing it to kill livestock not to take "wildlife".
