GWSmith
I hate mine right now I started working for a Temp Agency 3 days ago. In the last 2 days I've put in 24 hrs at a place that manufactures dairy products(ice cream, sour cream,etc..). I'm ussually here on the forums by 8:30-9:00 am pretty much everyday. I got home from working just a few hours ago...and I'm On The Forums If I could find my body clock I'd hit it with a sledge hammer It's kind of screwd up for me, right now anyways, with the circumstances of late but.... I have a question: Does anyone start going to bed earlier to get ready for the early morning wake up calls in hunting season...if so how successful are you at changing your body clock? OJR
Re: Body Clock My clock is set to go off at 6AM! There isn't any need for me to get up at this time, but that is when I wake up and get up! I have tried to stay in bed longer and all I do is ache, so I get up! Oh well, so it goes! wtnhunt
Re: Body Clock Mine has been going off around 5 every morning for the past several years, then the time changes come and screw everything up. Very rarely do I ever get back to sleep.
okiedog
Re: Body Clock My body clock goes off around 6:30. I hit the snooze (roll over) and go back to sleep.
Guest Andrea
Re: Body Clock When I was in high school....I could sleep til noon if my parents would let me. On weekends they usually would. Nowadays I have to get up around 5:30 to get my own kids off to school. I hit the snooze button about 2 or 3 times before I actually make it out of bed. On weekends I can sleep til about 7:30. Jeramie
Re: Body Clock [ QUOTE ] I have a question: Does anyone start going to bed earlier to get ready for the early morning wake up calls in hunting season...if so how successful are you at changing your body clock? [/ QUOTE ] Not really. I would typically just drag my hind end out of bed. This year it will be much easier. Ive been getting up at 3:00 to get here by 5:00 so getting up at 5:00 to get to the woods by 6:00 should be pretty easy..... Oh, and Im not getting in bed until 10:00-10:30! Caffine is my friend. Guest HaDeRonDa
Re: Body Clock If you have a routine that you usually do before going to bed do it at the new time. This can help. Good luck with the job and have a restful sleep. Don't forget the trip to Denny's and the scouting trip and the trip to the local 3D range.
