Ok! Please enlighten this country boy on how you eat one of these things. Back in 1999 while visiting some wineries we stopped at a seafood restaurant. I ordered a crab sandwich and that's what I got. One of your little boogers on a bun. My buddies had a hoot watching me try to figure out how to eat it. I could not bring myself to eat shell, claws, guts, and all. Did I miss something on Mr. Food? Is that how you eat them? I enjoy snow and king crab but this is different.

Those are Blue crabs(for the color on the legs before they are cooked- then they turn that nice orangeish color!)

Garlic butter? OH NO!!! Blue crabs need that OLD BAY SEASONING- I think it actually originated in the Chesapeake! If you look close at the pictures above, you can see it all over the shells- kinda looks like sand. UM, UM, GOOD.....................I can smell that OLD BAY SEASONING right now! tongue.gifgrin.gif
