Fishing the Juniata ( Pics )

We went bass fishing on saturday, we caught about 30 fish. they're were 3 of us and we were fishing stone cats and helgamites. I did catch one walleye that I thought I'd post for saskman. LOL

THEN THERE IS THE JUNIATA COUNTY M0NEY PULL. LOL, THESE GUYS ALL PUT THERE MONEY TOGETHER TO BUY A MOTOR, BUT THEY NEEDED 2 BOATS. I love this.

Nice fish! Hey......we've had to tow a second boat before. But only to haul a lot of camping gear. grin.gifgrin.gif

BTW....what are stone cats and helgamites?? confused.gif

stone cats are small catfish found under rocks in the rivers and creeks up here, helgramites are larve found under rocks as well, theyre 2 inches long and kinda look like a centipeed, but they have big pinchers on the front and they hurt. I'll try to post some pics of them tomorrow

I think that might be what we refer to as "alligator fleas" down here. They are FANTASTIC baits. smile.gif
