LifeNRA
He decided which bow he wanted. Shot three different bows that allowed him to grow, being only 14 he has more growth in him yet! He got the Parker Buck Hunter which allows him to have a 26-31" draws lengths. He already pulls a 50 pound draw weight just fine, he got the 50-60 pound model. I set him up with some arrows and field tips. Added the kisser button and string leeches. This was his choice not mine, I told him to get what he feels comfortable with. Either with or without the package. Now he has the fever, and I got a new shooting & hunting buddy!

LifeNRA
Re: Cool!!! Nephew Got His Bow Today!!! [ QUOTE ] Awesome... Better practice John...you know what begginners luck can be like....LOL [/ QUOTE ] Naaaaaaaaaa, nothing to be worrying about! I been hitting a 3-4" dot at 45 yards lately. Today, I almost got a robinhood at 25 yards! Kept 4 arrows in about a 2.5" circle group! I am ready for the season, new sight, new vanes are shooting great, and a new bowhunting partner! He might be ready for the opener. But I doubt it, with school and sports this year, he is very busy. But next year for sure! This will give us plenty of time to get him zeroed in!
