Exturkinator
I was all set up to hit the water during the wee AM hours Monday morning for a little goose action, and as Murphy's law would suggest, my pager went off at 11:20 PM Sunday night and a 1 hour flight later I found myself on an ambulance in PA to retrieve a heart... Didn't get back to MI until about 8 AM - went on out and set up the dekes later in the morning but I'd already missed the morning flights... I don't mind - gotta be able to keep the priorities straight...

dogdoc
Re: Foiled goose hunt I've had a few animal emergencies mess up a few hunts also--but like you said you've got to keep your priorities straight. Hope everything went fine with the surgery! todd

Covehnter
Re: Foiled goose hunt Our goose hunt had us in layout blinds on a mud flat in 100 degree temps. . . . . with no geese. We did end w/ 3 so i dont guess it was a total waste.
